Ingredients: 1.5 kg oxtail; 1 tbsp salt; 2 tsp all purpose seasoning; 2 tsp brown sugar; 1 tsp onion powder; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp all spice; 5 whole pimento berries; 1.5 tbsp garlic (minced); 1.5 tbsp ginger (minced); 0.5 piece scotch bonnet (minced); 0.5 whole onion; 1 whole carrot; 1 whole bell pepper; 6 sprig thyme; 4 tbsp green seasoning; 3 whole spring onion; 2 tsp browning; 1.5 tbsp brown sugar (for cooking); 2 tbsp cooking oil; 2 whole bay leaves; 1 whole scotch bonnet; 1 can butter beans; 3 tbsp soy sauce; 3 tbsp ketchup; 1 whole beef stock cube; 4 tsp cornflour (this may vary)
